I sliced my palm open trying to pry the tab up off of a soda can. This sent me into a fit of rage. I punched a wall... more than once... and could've fractured one of my knuckles. It hurts. Bipolar disorder is a bitch like that. Fuck mixed episodes. -Jamie

Anyone have any advice in trying to help angry alters? We have a... slight problem with Soltia having explosive anger and punching walls. We can't risk a broken hand or something. We love her, but she loses her temper and takes it out on the wall. o-o -Jamie/Eden
