السبيل الوحيد للخروج من مشاكلك النفسية ، هو القرب من الله بقلب صادق وده عن تجربة ، مفيش مرة كنت حاسس فيها بحزن وضيق وبتراودني افكار سلبية إلا وقمت صليت وانا بدعي ربنا وكلي يقين انه هيهون عليا حزني ، ربنا هو المطلع على في قلوبنا وهو الوحيد الي قادر يداويها.
حافظ على أعصابك وصحتك النفسية يعني مش لازم تفتح كل رسالة، ولا ترد على كل مكالمة، ولا تدخل في كل نقاش مش أي حد لازم يبقى قريب منك، ومش كل موقف محتاج رد فعل اتعلم تقول لأ واتعلم ترفض من غير ما تبرر والأهم متجيش على نفسك علشان ترضي غيرك مفيش حاجة في الدنيا تستاهل تضيع راحتك النفسية
ويفضل افضل قرار اخدته بعيد المدي وفيه بعد نظر زمان اني عمري ما فكرت اخلف وحتي اني ما اتجوزتش كمان طلع قرار صح جدا برضه صحيح الوحدة صعبة لكن اكيد مش قد هم المسئولية والمشاكل اللي بنشوفها في الزمن ده
الموبايل والسكرول في الفراغ في مواقع السوشيال ميديا ده نعمة والله لولا كده كان الواحد راح مع دماغه ويقعد يفتكر ويفكر في حاجات تضرب التوحد والاكتئاب اللي عنده في ١٠٠ والله
وليه طيب عشان طيب عشان يعني اللي في قلبي على لساني بتكسرني وتخسرني بتخسر حب مش سهل تلاقيه تاني مفيش أسباب أنا اللي اختارت من الأول أعيش في عذاب ألومك ليه وأقولك إيه ما أنا اللي جريت ورا وهم وطلع كداب تعبت كتير وبتألم يا رب أفوق وأتعلم ومن بكرة أنا وانت هنتقابل ولا الأغراب
ما تستناش حاجة تحصل علشان تعمل حاجة، ماتستناش وضعك المادي يتحسن علشان تتجوز، وماتستناش تتجوز علشان تسافر، وما تستناش حاجة تحصلك علشان تبقى سعيد، اللى تقدر تعمله اعمله، واللى ماتقدرش تعمله ماتعملهوش، لان ببساطة مافيش حاجة بتتحسن ومفيش حاجة هتبقى احسن
عارف لما تكون شغال شغلانه عملالك هيبه قدام الناس بس بينك و بينها ماسحه بيك الأرض !!
اسوأ الاماكن اللي اشتغلت فيها اللي بتتعامل كده عشان كده عمري ما حبيت اشتغل موظف ولا حاليا باحب اشتغل عند حد اصلا
