i’m fed up of mental health awareness days and weeks. nothing changes, people are still unkind, people still discriminate, the support is still limited and mental health services are still overstretched. positing for one day saying “be kind and reach out” isn’t helping.

no one talks about being platonically in love, everyone always equates being in love with romance, even tho you CAN be platonically in love with someone, and it's such an amazing feeling, and i can speak from experience.
