Simply Plural is a great app! It's wonderful to have a system tracker explicitly for systems, no "roleplay" no "moods" just system terms! Probably going to make a video on this soon :)

I think one reason so many systems think they're faking early on is because letting headmates be themselves and not mask feels unnatural. You have to fight muscle memory and say "it's okay, I can be myself, I don't have to pretend to be one person"
