@mathewwadstein Is there anyway you can help me with the Create Asset Node? I've been creating assets but cannot edit any of their properties. i.e. I can create a paper sprite but I have no idea how to set the source texture. I've tried the blueprint nodes, C++ & python but I cannot seem to figure it out.
@Feddi09 I was able to get this code working by looking at the output log and the source code to figure out what I needed to change.
@mathewwadstein So this whole time what I was doing wrong was putting a space between Source & Texture?! I feel like an idiot! I've been trying this for 3 months! 😭
@Feddi09 Probably, when trying it with "Source Texture" the log lets me know that it is missing (not a valid property) which is why looking at the source was needed
@mathewwadstein Nice! Just one last question... how do I get a soft object point from a hard object I already have?
@Feddi09 you can convert from a hard to soft with the make soft reference node. Or if you are using a variable in the blueprint just make it a soft object reference instead of an object reference
