Its been a while, so what have I been up to? Well I made "working game engine" in C++ but then decided to learn rust, So now I'm make a new "game engine" in rust. The GIF below shows the engine rendering 250,000 textured quads at 100fps.WIP #gamedev #indiedev #devlog #rustlang

I've been quite silent for the past 4 months, I decided to stop using unity for my main game development, so I've been learning C++, I feel I'm comfortable with C++ now, so I've moved on to learning OpenGL. Heres the classic Hello World, but cube. #gamedev #indiedev #devlog

Today I worked on optimizing the trails and allowing them to be activated and deactivated! When deactivating trails, they will smoothly shrink in length Still a handful of optimizing to go but I think the trails near complete! #gamedev #unity3d #indiedev #devlog #madeWithUnity
