@BootsHelp hi there I am trying to use a gift card on line for £100 which covers full amount of purchase. It accepts the gift card and applies the amount however when I complete payment it times out and an error appears stating unable to process payment. I have cleared cache.

@BootsUK hi there, I am attempting to purchase items using 2 x gift cards at a value of £50 each. It is accepting the cards but when I got to complete order an error message appears saying unable to process order. I have tried clearing cache and signing out to no avail.

@timhortonsuk Gutted was looking forward to trying new Tim Horton in Swansea this morning to be told they had stopped taking orders temporarily as struggling to keep up with demand :( back to usual Costa. Hopefully it quietens down or you look to take on more staff.

@DPDgroup_news just had a message that item being returned to #o2 as no one in despite me being at home for last 3 days. No evidence of attempted delivery either. Shocking service, how can we get this resolved.

@O2 shocking service from your team. I ordered a new phone for next day delivery last Thursday however due to an issue with dpd this is being returned to O2. I have tried speaking to your agents for a replacement to be sent out to be advised nothing they can do till new year.

@SHEIN_Official hi there, I have had a confirmation my items have been delivered but no sight of them or note through door. I can't find details of customer service online, please advise next steps. Also which delivery company do you use?

@CostaCoffee not sure this change is in the customers benefit 5.36 converted to just one free drink? Just another money saving exercise pitched as a customer benefit. Prefer the points to pounds system.

@chronomentary please can you provide me details of how to cancel my order. My flight is still going ahead after being rearranged however as I am in wales your tests are not valid. I have been trying to contact you for over a month for a refund and getting nowhere.

@TUIUK just seen that all flights from Cardiff to Rhodes have been removed from your site. Does this mean you will be cancelling all holidays up to and including 31st July from Cardiff Airport?

@JadeDenise1991 @TUIUK I had same, I asked TUI before ordering and was told yes they can be used and then they turn around and say nothing to do with them and basically my fault as I should have checked. Still no response from tui or chronomics😩

@JadeDenise1991 @TUIUK It's so frustrating as I cannot use these tests and TUI are now saying that it was up to me to have checked before I purchased them and nothing further they can do, really disappointed in their response.

@chronomentary since purchasing your test I have been advised they are not valid in wales. I have sent tui and yourselves 15 emails since 10th June and still cannot speak to someone who can help me. Tui have told me to speak to you and vice versa, I'm at a loss what to do.

@TUIUK hi tui can you advise who to contact for miss-selling of chronomics to people in Wales and Scotland. I have tried contacting both yourselves and chronomics for a refund and to cancel to be basically told the following. Chronomics won't refund as my booking is still live.
