Back in 2022 I gave up coffee for 6 weeks to see what effect it had on me. I came to the realization that life is better with coffee than without it.
The biggest benefit I saw from not drinking coffee was a slight boost in my sleep quality. But it wasn't enough to make up for the brain & energy boost I get from it. I also like the taste of black coffee. It's become an enjoyable ritual I look forward to in the morning.

@FitFounder I made the mistake of going cold turkey before a trip to Japan and Thailand. I deeply regret it
@FitFounder What do you usually drink throughout the day? I do intermittent fasting and drink 2-3 cups of black coffee and water. I don’t drink coffee for the caffeine, I drink it because I want something hot to drink the in am.
@FitFounder Couldn't agree more. Do you stop your coffee intake at a particular time? I like to keep pushing the coffee envelope, around 2pm.
