True, but "grassroots" venues (like "DIY" labels) shouldn't be valued only as a rung on a ladder. I don't want to save small venues because a big band played there once, or because a future big band might play there. The truly life changing stuff happens small. Always has.

Hey just FYI this is fucking awful. Whoever is involved with this should be embarrassed and ashamed. We don’t have anywhere else like this for all ages shows, and the youth are **the** most important part of any scene really, but especially Providence. Very very dumb.
