She responded to the email but didn’t get a reply. Please can someone look into this. Please don’t ask me to contact customer service by WhatsApp or Messenger as they do not reply either!

@airfrance I eventually got my repayment for buying essentials when my luggage was delayed but my wife’s claim (C-10808894) is now a problem. She received an email saying it had been paid under my claim (C-10808300) but it wasn’t. She filed her claim separately.

@airfrance I did finally get my expense claim paid but strangely my wife’s, that was submitted at the same time as mine, is still outstanding. As for your customer service response times, I never did get any replies on either Messenger or WhatsApp.

@airfrance Nearly two days now with no response. After a cancelled flight, not being rebooked for two days with no support for accommodation etc then luggage not being put on new flight. Now waiting 2 months for refund for purchase of essentials. Customer service?

@airfrance I do appreciate that your teams are very busy. My issue is that you tell people to contact them via WhatsApp or Messenger. I used WhatsApp yesterday morning at 10:20am (my local time) and, other than some automated responses, have not got any reply as yet 22 hours later.

@airfrance Claim C-10808300 for essential expenses,for delayed luggage, filed Jan 20th still unresolved after 60+ days. Requesting an update. It’s almost impossible to get a response on WhatsApp, Messenger etc.

@LATAM_BRA hi, I’m trying to book flights from Buenos Aries to Lisbon with a few days stopover in Sao Paulo. You offer this as a free option but say it has to be arranged through WhatsApp but every time I try to do that, it just says ‘hello, I can’t help you at the moment’.

@airfrance Hi. A lot of your answers, to people needing urgent help, suggest using WhatsApp or Messenger to get in touch with customer service. The problem is that no one replies when you try that. How can I get in touch with someone to help me get my luggage from Paris CDG?

@holafly_com I’m having a problem with my eSIM and was in a chat with your technical support but seem to get disconnected. When I tried to get back into the chat it just started a new conversation but then that stopped responding as well. My order number is E1596020.

@malllmallll @chatrmobile My wife had a Mobilicity sim in her phone . We went to a Chatr store and were told that the sim is no longer compatible with the network. Had to pay $10 for a new sim. I don’t think users should have to pay for something out of their control.

@chatrmobile @malllmallll My wife has also been trying to get through to you but is just on hold for hours. Perhaps let people know there’s an issue with some SIM cards no longer being compatible with your network.
