I'm a pro at being overwhelmed with responsibilities, so much that I get anxious thinking about them, but procrastinate until the last minute and get stressed about all the work I have to do.

My new medicine comes with the side effects: depression, bad dreams and anxiety. Bruh. I'm good on that I just want to eat food without choking.

I had cake (that I made) and ice cream in bed last night while watching RPDR. Despite everything being terrible outside - this felt pretty good.

My family and I went to a buffet over the weekend and they eat the weirdest food combos. Brother's plate: pizza, choc chip cookie pie, mashed potatoes and gravy, 1 meat ball and tortilla chips. Dad's plate: pizza and a few shreds of iceberg lettuce with salt.

When you can't drive, get groceries or even make food for yourself - you end up spending $30 on delivery lunch. 😩

I rolled about 350 shirts and punched hundreds of buttons for tour this weekend. Now is the part where I get incredibly anxious as usual, but now it's supposed to to snow in Buffalo and it's already a 6 hour drive. 😬

Bought a new couch, plants, towel rack and a kitchen mat from Ikea. That cost me less than two months of my medical insurance. Which by all accounts either way is crazy.

Power Move: Going to bed v early, because I need to - but also to avoid some of my responsibilities this evening.

A lot of people I know have similar names, so I make up differentiators that are funny to me: Good Miles, Bad Miles, Joe I Hate Joe, Not My Friend Kelli, Sister Ryanne, Good Ex Alex, Friend Alex and Jason Soft Hands.

My brother (who is 45) just had orange chicken for the first time. He described it as sweet and sour chicken with a zing. He's not technically wrong, but I would love to introduce him to new foods and have him describe them.

My coworker said everyone I've dated in the last few years is basically a Lizzo song. She's 100% right.

I think I'm mostly mad that I made this dope playlist, but wasted it on some real piece of garbage person.

The level of WTF that is happening in my life rn is so far off the charts I can't even explain. It's the weird and bad kind, too.

While watching knee surgery videos, I remembered my friend in grade school had a sleepover and made us watch her dad's knee surgery. Her mom thought we were weird. We watched Jerry Maguire after and I ate 10 popsicles.

I'm not going to let you bring / break me down again. I've worked too hard for this.

I'm always holding at least one grudge.

Crying in a Starbucks parking lot because I have had too much coffee and anxiety today. This is my brand for 2019.

Nothing is cooler than going to a conference at a fancy place where they ask you what your diet is and still proceed to serve you the most basic ass bagged salad. That's why I always have a bag of snacks, but for real don't get my hopes up. 😭🥗
