today's adventure was me and a neighbor spending ~10 min coaxing a neighbor's dog back into their yard only to have her immediately escape again through a hole in their fence left by a construction crew. The dog was having the time of her life and is home and safe now

I am no expert but doesn't having everyone's external stairwells completely iced over present some sort of fire hazard? I definitely don't have 2 safe exits from my building, though maybe the management company is like, "well the ice will melt if it's on FIRE, silly"

It should cost $1 to send a dumbass email to a business. If you're going, "your website says there's only one spot left if your class but I want two?" Or "Your website says your classes are sold out, is that true?" That should cost you a dollar for wasting my time
