Some of you laughed at us for the way we set up against PSG. The truth is, if it weren’t for a foolish penalty that we conceded, they wouldn’t have scored against us at all. Go and play your normal way against them and look what they can do.

Me: I’m a walking Kindred billboard. I speak about it every chance I get. People of Twitter, my friend and I have opened up a cafe in Wuse 2 called Kindred. We have good food and excellent service. Give us a try please. 🙏🏾 @kindredcafeng on IG (link below)

Today marked a historic day in our journey to institutionalize HTA in Nigeria as the HNCMHSW inaugurated the National HTA Steering Committee. The SC is responsible for the oversight and guidance on HTA in Nigeria, especially on topic selection and final recommendations on HTA.

I met someone here and we started engaging each other on the TL, as if we’re age mates or contemporaries. Then we moved to the DM and later WhatsApp talking about different things. After some months, I became curious to know the person’s real identity and more. That’s when I realised that the person is a lawyer, called to bar the year I finished primary school. Now it’s been difficult relating with the person like I used to😩 Sometimes, it’s just better not to find out certain things.

Corporate life. You can be asked to do something that both you and your boss knows its not going to fly, yet you have to do it and deliver so that the thing can fail and then you come back to drawing board to plan on how to actually execute it. This usually happens because leadership doesn't want to hear NO from an employee but prefers to see the NO crystallise in real life before accepting that it won't work.

you have to be very careful with people who've lost their parents, siblings or children. let me explain clearly why: when someone goes through that level of pain, they start seeing life completely differently from how they once did. they don't tolerate fake energy anymore and they don't play about their peace because they've already buried pieces of themselves. losing someone that close shifts something deep inside and the person they used to be doesn't really exist anymore. they move differently, love differently and even the way they smile carries a weight most people won't understand. they value real connections more because they understand how quickly everything can be taken away. time passes but that kind of loss never fully leaves. it becomes something they silently carry every day. that's why they protect their energy more fiercely cos they know what it feels like to lose pieces of themselves. if you truly understand this, share it with someone else. buena suerte 👍

For this Doctor, EEG became Export Exapansion Grant. RBS became Risk Based Supervision. Inflammation quietly became inflation. Evolution is part of life. The life of a lifelong learner.

I need Chartered Accountants (ACA) working/residing within the axis of Yola, Gombe, Yobe, Taraba or Bauchi to say Hi in my DM pls. Those I know have all japa'ed to Abuja/Lagos and I used to get some opportunities/vacancies for job referral. The pay is usually 200k - 400k depending on the company's capacity. It's not profitable for someone outside the location to accept. I don't have opportunity or vacancy NOW. What I need is to create familiarity so that if opportunity comes, I can easily refer you. It's even worst for the ladies.

If I'm ever running for office, one of my key points to woo workers wld be promising to support a subsisting work- from-home policy once it rains between 2am and 8am. Ofcourse top level executives would be excluded, it'll be a populist campaign. 😂

Thrilled our Nigerian EQ-5D-5L value set study has been published. This is a significant milestone in using locally generated data to conduct HTA studies in the country. From the training in Rotterdam, to data collection in Nigeria, it has been a long journey that was worth it.

NESS levy is 0.5% for non-oil exports and 0.12% only for oil exports. When the govt claims they are trying to increase non-oil exports, to my lay eyes, this levy seems counterproductive.
