So now the #KarenRead verdict has started to sink in, does anyone have any answers as to why #HankBrennan took this case so personally?! Why was he so shady, unethical, spiteful and nasty when prosecutors should be the epitome of professional. Was it all about the money?

Does anyone else think the defense having Yannetti and Alessi going on with @IanRunkle, @LawyerYouKnow and Melanie Little is partly aimed at visibly separating them from AJ cos he might be preparing to drop some major criticism? @Bederowlaw? @aburkhartlaw? What do you think?

Hank's statement shocks me. He's either blind or corrupt. How can he have reviewed all the evidence and decided it pointed to one person. Does his hate of the FBI mean he didn't take ARCCA seriously? Or should be cynical and just think he has to say that to get his $1m payday?!

I only have 1 thought about the McAlberts interview and it's that CPR was being administered. CPR is exhausting and it needs as many people as possible to take turns to do effective CPR. So yes, I would expect a first responder to know this and go out and help.

The harassment of the #KarenRead jurors and the doxxing of them is one of the most disgraceful things I've seen. And it's by people who in reality, have no "dog in the fight" and are basically sore losers. Please stop. You're embarrassing yourselves!

Anyone else get secondhand embarrassment & angry when Jim read the OUI verdict with us all knowing he had a serious crash whilst OUI?? Same with Chris Albert actually KILLING a man through a hit and run...and they think they're superior to #KarenRead? It's just utter nonsense.

Anyone complaining about the KR jury speaking out - in ENG where I am it is a 🚨CRIM OFFENCE🚨 to even ASK a juror about their deliberations OR for jurors TO DISCUSS their deliberations. If misconduct is suspected, jurors will usually be interviewed by police under caution.

Exactly. Even if I was NG there'd be parts of the evidence I'd want to check & discuss. 11 others want to do the same/11 different chunks of evidence. Not surprised it was 20 hours!. Jurors have to live with their decisions! We're just talking about it on the internet!

No need to be mad at juror #4, a sensible, bright person who understood the task and what reasonable doubt is. He describes the initial "G" votes as reasonable people too as they took part in vigorous debate, checked all the evidence which resulted in NG votes. 🤷‍♀️

Couldn't agree more. If he'd accept his failings whatever they may be (only he knows), his work in other cases (Walsh) might stand up. But you're right. If he thinks what he did was normal investigative actions all the other "normal" stuff in his other cases should be audited!

Just watched the interview with Juror #4. He seems very reasonable and also suggests that everyone else on the jury was too. Thank God there seems to have been no jury shenanigans this time!

Please everyone pivot to #Delphi A real injustice has already happened but it's not too late to make a difference. Start with @aburkhartlaw and @defense_diaries content and you'll see the horrendous problems with that case.

Shame @JohnDePetroshow didn't ding someone's car and crack a taillight a week ago. He could have made a great expert witness for the prosecution! "look! I reversed and cracked my taillight... erm oh no! I didn't! I'VE CHANGED MY MIND. Sounds like a few witnesses I can think of.

Many think that #KarenRead being acquitted means there is no #JusticeForJohnOKeefe. Karen convicted for NOT killing him would have been a horrible INJUSTICE. Truth is the only thing compatible with #JusticeForJohnOKeefe and it may feel a long way off but it WILL come. 🙏
