Sometimes you sit down to code, create, etc., and it just isn't going to happen then. Rather than force it, my preferred solution is to hit the bike and ride the 20-or-so miles to the water and just sit there a while.

I actually like writing documentation before I write code. Even if I never read it again, writing documentation forces me to clarify my goals, validate my assumptions, and detail my approach before I make hard-to-refactor architectural decisions in a program. #codingTips #coding

Hot take: many teams have successfully moved to remote work (from in-person) because those teams were already successful together onsite. I suspect that expanding and building new remote teams in the coming months will continue to be difficult.
