We issued practical completion on this project which has been realised within 18 months of our client's purchase of the property! The single storey extension creates an open-plan kitchen, dining, living area overlooking the amazing garden which often hosts wild deer for visitors.

We have recently obtained Planning Approval for significant extensions to an existing Pool House to convert it into a new residential dwelling. The contemporary materials palate takes its cues from the existing building and the design will result in a striking transformation.

A project we completed features on George Clarkes Remarkable Renovations tomorrow evening. A Grade II Listed Building that required full renovation works to realise the conversion into a new home. Maintaining an open plan space ensured the character and openness was not lost.

We were successful at Appeal in obtaining Planning Permission for a new home in the centre of Duffield village. We developed the original design, and this subsequent redesign after the land was sold. The original plot is in the grounds of a large side garden of the adjacent home.
