@RoyalMail According to tracking I have two parcels for delivery tomorrow-both Tracked48. One I have been able to change the delivery day, the other has no option for this. Your phoneline a 50+ min wait, by which time it will be closed. How do I change the date of the 2nd parcel?

@SouthernRailUK On a grey, dreary day, it's so lovely to have @JonathanJLouis as the train supervisor. He's always guaranteed to add a bit of sunshine 😊

@SouthernRailUK Thank you to Jonathan, the Guard on the 9:51 Angmering to Victoria. His announcements were both helpful and very entertaining. More like him please. 😊

@emfoster977 @SouthernRailUK Exactly this. Planned for what was showing as correct all week and then it all changed at the last minute.

@Gatwick_Airport Will food outlets be open as normal on Monday 19th in North Terminal departure lounge? Are flights likely to be affected as they are at Heathrow?

@bouncyhounchy @waitrose That's more than me, I would only buy one thing out of my selection and have never bought any of the others. 🤣

@parcelforce Big shout out to Carlie in Customer Services for her help yesterday evening. Corrected a mistake I'd made on an address and went all out to get the info to the depot in time for delivery today. Thank you :)

@grantshapps #GreatBritishRailSale...has anyone actually found a half price ticket? Website crashed and then very limited journeys available - no long distance ones from our station. If you do find a cheap journey advertised, click on buy tickets they're at the normal price!

@theeyecollector Same here, click on the buy tickets and it shows normal prices. I've tried several options of dates/times and even tried breaking journeys - no cheap tickets that I can find. :(

@GardeningExpres I sent you a DM yesterday. I will send it again. But I noticed today that for the third time my tickets have been closed without any communication or resolution. I cannot understand how this is customer servcice.

@GardeningExpress Dying and mouldy plants delivered. Ticket raised with photo, no response, no correspondence with me, no action. You have now closed the ticket. Second ticket raised on a different matter, also closed without a response. My problems have not been resolved .

@SodaStreamUK Order placed and paid for on 9 July, nothing has arrived and you are not responding to emails. This is the second time this has happened. What's going on? I have DM'd you with order details. Please sort this out.

@ArgosHelpers I've got a faulty chair in a patio set. Online chat has said 28 mins waiting for last 30 mins. Can't get through on phone. Not happy ☹️

@plusnethelp Is anybody actually responding to any messages today?! We now have no Internet rather than the fibre connection we were promised today. All info has been DM'd to you previously as requested. We need this sorted ASAP
