@BrightonHoveCC When will recycling be caught up on? Many residents from Kingsley road, bn1 have been in touch with councillors about the 4 weeks of recycling overflowing all over our road.

@BrightonHoveCC we are in Kingsley road and haven’t had a recycling collection in 5 weeks which means the communal bins are overflowing and with the wind last night, there is rubbish all over the road. I understand you are stretched but there have been roads around us collected.

@SouthernRailUK employee on the exiting gate at Brighton staton could do with some experience on customer service. I went to her due to my ticket not working on the gate and she aggressively screamed at me twice not to use that gate. Unnecessary and rude.

@METROBUS disgusted with the bus driver on the 271 that refused to pick up around 8 passengers from Rookery close in Brighton, because we wanted to go to Old Steine and not directly to the hospital. Seems bizarre to refuse paying customers.

@METROBUS If you have no intention of dropping customers off at an advertised stop, perhaps you should remove it from the route and loose all of that revenue and profit from the customers that need to go there.

@METROBUS When I pointed out there was plenty of space for the 6 of us waiting at the stop to stand, and he closed the doors in our face and drove off. I am absolutely disgusted by this bizarre treatment of paying customers.

@METROBUS Thank you. It was around 8.20, and we did flag the bus down and he stopped and said he would only take passengers going to the hospital, which no one waiting was. The seats were full, but there were plenty of space for standing to Old Steine as it only take about 10 minutes.
