I'm still amazed how many people will bash self-diagnosis, when one big change to the DID criteria in the DSM-V was that you could self-report switching to therapists instead of having to switch in front of them!

My opinion may not be popular but it is what it is. I feel that as people we are perfectly imperfect. We have to allow for others to make mistakes and learn from them. But to harshly criticize helps no one. And certainly not me.

DID problem: when you try to clean while dissociative and throw a sick in the toilet instead of the hamper and stare at it trying to figure out what is wrong.
