Wondering if Lisa Dale thought through her decisions or if she was arrogant enough to believe that @kencen would get away with it. Lisa was gaslighting in an attempt to coerce this individual. Great job speaking up for yourself whistleblower. @USEEOC @DCHumanRights @DCAttorneyGen

@wmata @wmataGM @wmataRAC I’ve been waiting on the K12 to Branch Ave since 10:13a waiting for the 10:16a bus. It’s now 11:22a and that bus has not come yet. Is it not running? It’s to hot, I’m catching an Uber. This why we don’t pay for the bus when we get in. Horrible service

@JoyceWhiteVance ShakespeareDC conduct violates 26 U.S.C. 4966(c); 26 U.S.C. 408(d)(8); and 26 U.S.C. 170(f)(18). The former Dir of Dvlp Ops was thorough in his job and it created tension. Some donors rejected the silent offer of donor benefits, but most accepted it. @barbs73

@IRStaxpros @OSHA_DOL is it legal for an attorney who is a board member and a donor of an organization to advise that org on how to evade authorities while protecting the financial interests of themself and other supporters? What does evasion look/sound like to you?

🚨 ShakespeareDC has engaged in PCI DSS Violation’s in collaboration with its partner @tessnetwork. A complaint was filed with @DCAttorneyGen but we believe there was no enforcement due to @TheEventsDC investment. Avoid giving cc details to this org, your info could be at risk!

@tessnetwork is the first CRM we’ve used that would allow for you to charge someone’s credit card without the name being accurate and worst it did not require the cvv code on the back of the credit card. That shit was crazy, never seen it happen with @blackbaud. @DCAttorneyGen

When wealthy donors use corps like Fidelity & Schwab—via NGOs—to evade taxes, it’s not just fraud. It’s stolen healthcare, housing, & hope from marginalized communities. The rich hoard power. The rest pay the price. @jhrnews #TaxJustice #EconomicEquity #DonorTransparency

@DCAttorneyGen Please do not look the other way. Tax evasion of donors through corp’s like Fidelity or Schwab facilitated by nonprofits like ShakespeareDC reinforces economic advantages disproportionately held by white Americans. @TheEventsDC

What good does it to file a whistleblower complaint when you know that you do not have the manpower to address the complaint within 180days? Can we just skip this process? The wait is just as impactful as the adverse action. @OSHA_DOL employees struggle, business goes unchecked
