@DanWetzel Limiting conference sizes to 10 teams max fixes a lot of CFBs problems. Round robin play, let champions get auto bids, re regionalize the sport, diminishes the power of mega conferences. Add in rights pooling from the PCSA and you can setup semiregular realignment/relegation

@Unsettled_Mind_ @heitner the house settlement was written so the rev sharing from the university is a form of NIL payments. the universities bent over backwards to avoid paying the players for "labor." that would make them employees, which the universities fiercely oppose
@murphsturph How much rev share is going to the players?
@jdougiefresh39 @TheMattFletcher @SavageWolvesNIL You have to collectively bargain this or it’s in violation of anti trust laws. Already decided.
@jdougiefresh39 @TheMattFletcher @SavageWolvesNIL This is illegal and has already been decided. Employers can’s unilaterally decided to limit earnings.
@jdougiefresh39 @TheMattFletcher @SavageWolvesNIL Restriction of movement, what you're talking about, has to be agreed upon by both parties. The universities need a CBA more than the players do.
@jdougiefresh39 @TheMattFletcher @SavageWolvesNIL Students don't make multi semester commitments, they are allowed to transfer at any time. If you want to treat these students different, you have to clear state why they are different (ie they're employees)
@jdougiefresh39 @TheMattFletcher @SavageWolvesNIL Technically/legally, everyone agrees they are employees. Acknowledging their employment doesn't change the requirement of enrollment and continued matriculation towards a degree. Its false to believe otherwise.
@jdougiefresh39 @TheMattFletcher @SavageWolvesNIL universities don't want to acknowledge that the players are employees. Until that happens, its wild wild west
@TheMattFletcher @SavageWolvesNIL Monthly payment if the SA meets requirements.
@jameslaura86 @jonfavs It’s always the same people doing it too.

@FireRyanPoles @aarondentz @MattHayesCFB Zero taxpayer dollars. It’s coming from tv revenue and ticket sales mainly
