@lawyerwritermom I always felt alone and unique. Knowing I am not and others suffered like me has been a great resource for recovery and paradoxically sadness for those who suffered as well.

@lawyerwritermom Yep. My father had NPD I believed that my mum and I were his victims. The abuse was so bad one day when I was 7-8 years old I went to leave told my mother I was going to her parents. She attacked me. It’s taken 50 years to realise my mum was a sadistic psychopath, not a victim.

@VickyDecade I have loads of doppelgängers, I have had people insist I am somebody else on multiple occasions and even a article published in a major newspaper with someone who looked identical.

16 years a criminal barrister in London and never done an electoral fraud/voter impersonation case. Also don't know anyone who has. Voter ID is a solution without a problem. But voter ID is a problem.

@KonstantinKisin @123cariad Having lived in the US I can tell you that, sarcasm and irony are challenging concepts. At a medical in NYC the Doctor said ‘Do you drink alcohol?’. I said ‘Yes, sure, what have you got?’. I had to spend the next 29 mins trying to convince him I was not an alcoholic!!!
