Found the motivation to do my workout and I feel great now 💪
I'm lacking motivation to get up and workout right now #help
I'm so proud I haven't had a diet soda in over a week now 🙌
This fittie to be is ready for bed after a long day 😴
6 hour shift ✅ now just a 4.5hour one tonight to complete
70 hour work weeks start next week but I'm determined to make working out a priority. No excuses to keep me from doing what's important.
Rise and grind fitties. 6:30 am and I'm ready for some insanity before I start my day 💪
Whenever my workout gets hard I just repeat pain is temporary quitting lasts forever over and over again
Did insanity pure cardio then walked 3 miles to work and 3 miles back 💪
Started insanity last week and I lost four lbs. I'm going to make it to my goal body 💪 no more excuses and getting sidetracked
I feel terrible in every way possible today 😔

They now how red velvet Oreos ah I was so tempted to buy them but I said no because I know I would end up eating the entire thing
It's harder for me to find motivation to clean my room than it is for me to find motivation to workout 😂
Work 2-11 😭🔫 but at least I already got my workout in.
It's kind of sad when people take the elevator down like are you really too lazy to walk down a flight of stairs?
