Heard from a lender in PA that will allow borrowers to buy homes with longer than 60 day rent backs as primary homes. Most force buyers to buy these as investment properties with worse terms. #mortgages

A lender out of NJ offers a client 6% (.5% lower than the advertised rates on their website and loan assumptions that should negatively impact rates). Many times the rates advertised by lenders aren’t their bottom line best offers. #mortgages #realestate

Most borrowers have never heard of a loan recast. A recast is a great tool for buyers to lower their monthly payment without refinancing! But not all banks offer this tool. It’s important to know all loan features outside your interest rate.

#creditscore most lenders penalize borrowers for lower credit scores. Credit score tiers can often be in 20 point brackets: 680-699,700-719,720-739. But NOT all lenders have these same practices. Poor credit? Reach out and we can find a lender for you!
