I get to stay at the shelternfor the summer season but I dont know how much longer i can keep living like this. I feel like im having an anxiety attack every minute im at the shelter

I went to at party and i didnt really know anyone but everyone was super nice and it was a really good break from the shelter

That like month or so when I was getting #ketamine for my #chronicpain and #depression was a really hopeful time for me. After close ti a decade it was the only thing I felt was truly making an impact. Fucking sucks that my insurance wont cover it because its "experimental" fml
