2/4 The Big 12 went 6-1 head-to-head against the ACC. That’s not a small sample size; that’s domination. The Big 12’s middle class handled the ACC’s contenders. TCU and Baylor both beat SMU (tied for 2). West Virginia beat Pitt. The Big 12 floor is higher than the ACC ceiling.

I know you are a Democrat, and your intent is to fire up your base, but I figure some people would want the facts free from distortion. 1) False. He was not residing in the United States "legally." An Immigration Judge’s 2019 order prohibited Abrego Garcia’s removal to El Salvador only. He was not granted citizenship or residency in the United States. 2) True. The 2019 order prohibited Abrego Garcia’s removal to El Salvador. Garcia's removal violated the 2019 order as the administration removed him to El Salvador. 3) False, the Court granted the administration's application to vacate the district court's order to "facilitate" Garcia's return in part and denied it in part. It was not a complete "win" for either side. The Court remanded the case back to the district court to clarify its order noting, "The District Court should clarify its directive, with due regard for the deference owed to the Executive Branch in the conduct of foreign affairs." 4) False. Garcia's attorneys moved for discovery (asking the administration to provide Garcia's location and to explain how it would return him to the U.S.). The administration argued that this violated the Constitution by using an injunction to direct foreign affairs. 5.) False. There is no evidence to support this. Garcia's supporters and even the liberal Supreme Court dissent proposed this argument. This is a "slippery slope" fallacy. It suggests that one action (arguing against judicial overreach into foreign affairs) will inevitably lead to an extreme outcome (deporting U.S. citizens) without evidence, relying on fear to persuade rather than logic.
