The wrong way to test that something is not differentially expressed is to do a T-Test (or any kind of two sample test) and get a p-value that's greater than 0.05. If you look out for it you'll see people making this mistake every day.

Please don't say "begs the question" it does not mean what you think it means and makes you sound uneducated. The proper term is "raises the question". Don't be fooled by the popularity of this bad usage, you don't want to be one of them.

The last *seven* packages I mailed by USPS overnight express did not arrive on time. The last one I mailed a full week ago and it finally arrived today - six days late. Meanwhile Priority mail (domestic) always arrives in 2 to 3 days no matter what the destination. Sheesh...
