$NQ 4HR - Bulls want to break through 523 and hold it, as well as hold 430. Bears want price to stay below 523 and break below 430. $ES - 4HR - Bulls want to see price hold 4525; bears want price below it; and bulls want to see a break above 4545 and hold; bears want a reject.
