Back from 3 weeks of work in France. Eat/drink out or attend an event? then you have to show your proof of vaccine, wear a mask on the subway or in a shop/office, all pretty reasonable and it works. Being in England feels like chaos and we still have no plan or worse no care.

Dear @BootsUK the booking number you provide doesnt fit in the government passenger locator form. You have known about this for months but still send customers the wrong info, it cost me a missed flight and 12 hours extra travel, it will cost others a lot more. Please sort it out

Stuck in france, unable to board because @BootsUK booking number doesn't work in passenger locator form and boots won't answer the phone. Then realise when you google it's been happening to people for months. The only reason I chose boots was a known reliable brand #missedflight
