Q4 is coming and most brands don't have enough good video editors to actually be ready for it. Here's the real problem: most editors either never learn the specific skills that make ads convert or never get handed real work to prove they can deliver 👇

If you're still making the same editing mistake on your 5th ad, that's not a skill problem. There's a huge problem in your process of editing Skill gets you to good. But systems get you to consistent. And gets you predictable results.

Genuine question would you bet all of your money to go and live in a city for 2 months with No connections No friends No money in No family No help No Job You only have a skill And the single goal you have is starting a business from 0 and making your first dollar Would you?

So here's what I learned from that Output consistency beats talent everytime One winning angle doubled down on is worth more than ten average And the biggest opportunities are always hiding inside the problems nobody wants to solve Follow if you want to see what I build next

Eventually we had an honest conversation I had to step down from the editing role to focus on the program which was the right call even tho it cost me 2k a month Because I couldn't ignore the gap between brand owners and good editors And I had already proven I could close it

🔥YOU NEED TO FIRE YOURSELF If you’re a solo founder, executive coach, or finance exec, there’s a point where “working harder” stops moving the needle. Past that point, the only thing that matters is how aggressively you delegate. Not just to people. To systems. 🧵
