UNRWA is not irreplaceable. There are other alternatives. But sadly, @AntonioGuterres ordered @WFP, @UNICEF and other relief agencies not to begin undertaking UNRWA's work. We sounded the alarm on this in February. The UN has had plenty of time to replace UNRWA.
