@AnneErickson Van Halen. 1982 Cobo Arena, Detroit. Have seen so many other amazing shows but nothing compared to the feeling of seeing the original Van Halen in their prime.

@JLRINVESTIGATES David Evans, drummer in Tomasso’s band, looks more like porch guy than the man LE stopped and questioned the other night. Where is DE, and is he cleared for no involvement?

@GregRenoff Heck yes! A perfect soundtrack, song for song. Back then, the only way to have songs exclusive to a s/t was to buy the record. I was so in love with the Journey single that I got the record and ended up loving the entire two sides.

@zerochills The person who just won a big election was surprised to learn that McDonald’s employees didn’t scoop fries up with their hands. Go see him. He can pull your unsalted fries straight out of the hot oil with his bare hands.

@GregRenoff Amen. Diver Down gets ripped on way too much. “Too many covers” “Rushed out without good originals due to tour burnout and label commitments”. Blah blah blah. Little Guitars, Full Bug, and the instrumentals you mention make DD as much a quality VH record as those that before it.
