@XfinitySupport @Xfinity your customer service is 100% garbage. Our service hasn't worked in weeks, we've been lied to & blown off, and can't get an explanation for what is going on. $300 a month and your tech leaves an uninstalled box for a week.

@AirCanada watching flights I could be on take off because we can't get ahold of an agent. People's children are sleeping on luggage carts. I'm missing a once in a lifetime trip to Ireland.

@AirCanada the customer service is abysmal at Toronto. We've been waiting HOURS to rebook cancelled and bc delayed flights. This should be routine. It's taken over an hour for your ticket counter to serve 15 patrons, and I've been on hold over an hour.

How every single one of my phone calls with @comcastcares Comcast Cust. Service goes. At least once a week when our service goes out.

@comcastcares your service is trash. We've had barely a week go by where service has worked fully. Agents say they'll call back - lies. Fail to make appts. nites ruined mid-show, internet down regularly. Beyond frustrated. Infuriated.

@MountVernon Yes, please, what will be done with the wood? We would love such a piece of American History in our house!

@ChoiceHotels @kellermaillady We had a reservation cancelled on us today at 7 pm, no real explanation, no attempt to reach us, and plenty of attitude when we arrived.
