The buzz when you see this in a morning doesn’t come close to the misery when you see the £3 win

@ThreeUKSupport hi, so I’ve upgraded and ordered my new phone yesterday for delivery today however I’ve had no notification informing me it’s coming and nobody will be in tomorrow daytime to take it, is there any way to organise a specific convenient time for it?

@TeamKnowhowUK hello, had a problem with a fridge freezer from Currys that I was meant to have delivered, unfortunately it couldn’t fit safely and securely and was told I’d have a refund in 3-5 working days, this was the 12th December, are you able to advise anything at all?

@TeamKnowhowUK hi guys, got a delivery from currys coming Saturday at my new house and wanting to try let them know the back door would be the best way to get it in, is there a way to get that info across? Can’t find anywhere to add it 😂

@SkyHelpTeam I get what you’re saying but it’s still not good enough really, the tv is due to be installed next week and no confidence in that happening either, shame I’m spending my evening looking for another supplier who will actually see the job done and not be stuck with no internet

@SkyHelpTeam any reason why someone came to install the internet on Monday, left without it done “because it was taking too long” at around 3.30pm and now nobody can get out til the 29th now? Is this a wind up? Do all new customers get this treatment? Not good enough
