Because I'm always at least generating tax savings to offset my practice income. In 30 years, no property I've owned has made me miserable. There have been a few challenges at times.

In 2021, I said in the IBJ that I’ll be acquiring/developing 1,000 doors by 2031. It would’ve been extremely difficult to accomplish this by sticking with the investment strategy of buying only single family/small multifamily deals so I started stacking! 👇🏾
In 2023, my goals was to add 6 doors to the portfolio & I acquired 9 (6 residential/3 light industrial); this year the goal is 12 doors. We’ll revisit this post in December…or before then 🫣
After closing on one of the deals that’s currently in the pipeline, I’ll likely do my first syndication deal with @ardhiodotcom / an affiliated entity as the GP.
