Several attempts to outreach Garner Doswell Southeast directly and multiple attempts to @IHGCorporate @IHGOneRewards @garnerhotels and zero resolution. I deserve my "promised refund"

@dunkindonuts last weekend I went to my local DD after placing a mobile order. They claimed their espresso machine was done, refused to make a substitute drink, and would not refund me. I opened a claim on your app a d was told I'd be contacted. I have not heard anything.
