Conference meet in the books. Both boys and girls got 4th in a stacked field, both beating out ranked teams in 1A! The girls also had two all-conference runners, Rylee and Jorja, and the boys had one all-conference performance Trevin Suhr! Great meet to hear us up for districts!

To answer the rumors, yes there is a game tonight. Yes, we only have 21 players tonight. No, I will not cancel the game. It’s not about the outcome, it’s about opportunity. An opportunity in which we did not know we would have 3 months ago. Now let’s have some fun tonight!

Great meet by the Charger XC teams tonight! Despite depleted rosters, the boys finished first with 22 pts and the girls got second in their race with 40! Individually the boys had 7 in the top 15 and the girls had all 6 in the top 20. Bonus: JH boys also won their race!

Week 1 team rankings are in, and boy do I have good news! The girls move to 8th and the boys move into 12th! Boys are ranked for the first time since Oct 16, 2018, and both teams are ranked at the same time since Sept 25, 2018! 💪🏼 Let’s keep it rolling! ⚡️⚡️

We kicked off the season last night and the boys were able to win their wave while finishing 2nd overall behind #1 Madrid while beating #10 Ogden! The girls were able to snag 3rd behind Panorama and #11 St.Ed’s, but beat #10 Madrid and #3 MNW Webster! Great start by both teams!

I asked a “friend” to pray for me and they straight up told me that that didn’t. Friends pray for friends that’s all I’m sayin.

Cross country helped put ACGC "On the map" in their first year and Colin Shawgo was a driving force behind it. The Charger XC and girls track coach says motivation and leading by example have been two keys. Shawgo is this week's guest on "Why I Coach." lnkr.fm/EbAEp
