Please rethink the self scan situation in your stores @BootsUK every visit to has become painful. All tills always waiting for assistance and no staff to assist for the various pointless errors with the tills! It’s in your interest to keep people in stores instead of online.

@JohnLewisRetail disappointed that and order due in store to collect 26/11 was delayed without any updates and is STILL not available. The item is in stock online. I’ve wasted a trip to collect an order that should have been in store and I have paid for and had no updates still!!

@coopuk what’s the deal with your stores charging more for the member price deals and then not honouring offers on the app? No point having a membership scheme if you can’t use it! #con

Tomorrow’s breakfast and lunch which now means I have to drop everything to drag myself to the shop to buy enough to fill the gaps. If I rebook tomorrow what guarantee do I have you’ll show up then? I use your deliveries to avoid having to endure the supermarkets! #poorservice

@Ocado how is it acceptable to cancel a delivery 40 minutes into my delivery slot?! Orders placed in advance so not sure how you can’t manage to get the order delivered? The voucher isn’t much help when I have been waiting on the delivery for tonight’s dinner as well as

@primevideouk few days into a free trial and this platform is shocking. Unbelievably slow and glitchy, programmes don’t load, the app keeps closing down for no reason, error messages galore. Won’t be continuing a subscription to such a sub-par service.

Spent the last hour trying to get an episode to play and have given up. What’s the solution?!

With all the money you make, you’d think investing into a platform that actually works would be your priority. This is the only streaming app we have any issues with. The menu is slow and unresponsive every time. The app constantly crashes. The sound plays but no video.

You’ve had money from me for almost a month, for an item you clearly didn’t even have available to sell as the date kept moving back. This isn’t even a returned item, it was a cancelled order for something you couldn’t deliver. This is unacceptable @nextofficial

How is it fair to increase the price of a food item by 16% in a week @Ocado??As a relatively new customer this is off putting and actually pretty outrageous. What is the justification for such a hike in such a short space of time? #ripoffBritain

What is the justification for almost 10p/litre difference across petrol stations within a 20 mile radius @sainsburys genuinely interested to understand what the reasons could be aside from the usual ‘fuel prices are high’ crap.
