The GOP has a woman problem, underscored by dramatic new polls and a policy agenda that could be headlined "make the 19th century great again." Clearly the answer is to celebrate ... women getting the right to vote? Um, no. My latest @BulwarkOnline plus.thebulwark.com/p/gop-and-trum…
@JillDLawrence @BulwarkOnline Interesting piece, but there is a body of empirical data to suggest the Republicans are not wrong on this issue: jdhaltigan.com/p/so-what-are-…
@JillDLawrence @RadioFreeTom @BulwarkOnline Good article, and thanks for linking the Gallup poll. Disgraceful that only 32% of Republicans think the US "would be better governed with more women in office." I think there's been a serious increase in misogyny since Trump, that Republicans are esp embracing w 1950s policies.
@JillDLawrence @RadioFreeTom @BulwarkOnline "True Christians believe a woman's place is in the home--keeping it tidy, raising children, and humbly serving her husband, head of the household." Dweeb @SpeakerJohnson @HouseGOP @SenKatieBritt @Franklin_Graham @JerryFalwellJr @Mike_Pence @GovMikeHuckabee @DanPatrickTX @FoxNews
@JillDLawrence @BulwarkOnline ... and I can't think of a more formidable adversary for the GOP to pick a fight with. Stupid is as stupid does.
@JillDLawrence @BulwarkOnline Their "Women Problem" is that they hate them.
@JillDLawrence @RadioFreeTom @BulwarkOnline Never seen a bigger bunch of cowards @GOP.
@JillDLawrence @BulwarkOnline Truly alarming. How is this man still a viable option for the presidency. Please someone needs to explain this to me
