During last eclipse in 2017, funding for Child Care Development Line Item was $11.2 million in WV budget. During this eclipse, it’s $3.1 million - a 62% cut. No wonder there’s a child care crisis in WV impacting parents, children and employers. #wvlegis #solvechildcare
