Tip: put the quote expiry date and payment terms beside the total, where nobody has to go hunting.

@electrician_247 Pea bedded and double overlaid is the bit nobody sees later. A quick photo of depth, duct and marker tape before backfill saves a lot of "where does it run?" down the line.

@electrician_247 Proper week. On installs that size, splitting payment into stages (deposit, panels on the roof, commissioning) with each one written into the quote keeps the cash moving instead of waiting on one big final invoice.
What's the one item you nearly always add to a bathroom quote after the first look?
@SulisElectrical Worth putting the structural survey on the quote as its own line, with the install price marked "subject to survey". Saves the awkward phone call if the roof says no.
