Imagine success that is prepared for, built upon the inevitable competitors coming to fish in your spot. Imagine them unable to compete because • they only know how to make ad money while you have none; • they have to collect & sell user data while you don't.
Build products with the hope they will be copied. It's a mindset that only strengthens your concept, forces you to be the change you wish to see in the world. • Hate ads? Build a revenue model without ads. • Demand privacy? Make a thing built based on data privacy.
