Managing emotions in this market is definitely #1 skill to master. Sadly I'm discovering that it's a WIP for me everyday.
@FilippoPalizzi Chose calm but probably still mixed with bits of anxiety because I'm still holding to some old spot positions and saw the value crashing was no fun. But studying MT really helped manage my emotions with this volatility
