@AnatoliKopadze Not really. Dario and Elon are not doomerists. They are realist. If you know a nuclear plant design is defective, you take some more time to design a safer one. It’s ok. And creating a regulating body (maybe a self-regulating one) is also ok.

BREAKING: There are now a record 1.9 million onchain tokenized equity holders, up +134% month-over-month. The total number of holders is up +1,360% year-to-date. Amid a record IPO market, driven by SpaceX, OpenAI, and Anthropic, and increased demand for 24/7 markets, tokenization is seeing rapid adoption. Just 10 months ago, there were less than 100,000 people holding tokenized assets. Jupiter, the largest onchain trading platform on Solana, has driven much of this growth, with 61% of volume now traded during off-hours. The platform has also seen a +46% month-over-month increase in active tokenized equity traders. Tokenization is the future.

"i notice a lot of people's crypto portfolios are very inflexible." flood runs a family office trading crypto full time. this is how he actually structures a position, and it's the opposite of how most people hold one. "for a hype position, we will typically have a default spot position. we will also potentially be short the future. and then we may or may not have options on, depending on whether we think they're fairly or unfairly priced." "this gives us three different levers to pull as the market gyrates up and down." what that buys you: "i'm long 10 million hype, i'm short one million of futures against it. you'll actually be paid to put on this trade. and then when the market goes down, you have a button to click to not really buy more hype, but cover a directional position." the alternative: "people are like, i own 80% bitcoin, 10% altcoins, 10% cash. okay, if the market goes down much further than you ever thought, you're not going to be able to drastically alter your portfolio composition." "people do not give themselves enough ability to make decisions. they're allocated to something, prices go in either direction, and then they can't make adjustments."

OH. MY. GOODNESS. CITADEL HAS BOUGHT A MAJORITY OF THE PUBLIC ASSETS FROM LEOPOLD'S SITUATIONAL AWARENESS FUND. So...Citadel scares everyone on Tuesday about a surprise rate hike during FOMC that WE ALL KNEW was not going to happen... On Wednesday, the entire market freaks out about the rate hike which causes the selling to compound on itself creating 50-70% drawdowns across the board in high beta semicondcutor names... Which means Leopold who we now know had $45B of assets and was 400% LEVERED ends up being the sacrifice as he gets liquidated at what theoretically could be the bottom due to not having the margin requirements to keep solvent... AND THE PERSON WHO CAUSED THE SELLOFF WITH THE RATE HIKE FEARS ENDS UP COMING IN TO BUY HIS ASSETS FOR 40 TO 50 CENTS ON THE DOLLAR. By the way, Leopold is getting married this weekend. I think he wanted to make sure he wasn't getting margin called during his wedding. A vet on wall street in Ken Griffin takes out the young new kid. ABSOLUTE. CINEMA.
