Deadline's are the most important think if: you can't focus on work you getting destructed by life you think that you have no time you're struggling to finish stuff on time split your work to 1 month deadlines then one week and then apply calendar blocking to lock the work💪💪

Instead of making ritual's around the work, do your work, it's more value then your ritual's if you want to include them because you feel more energized do it in precisely scheduled way so you not lost time not working work first, then refresh your mind and go work again 💪

What is NO. 1 think that everyone should implement in their life? Calendar blocking every night before sleep or day after woke up take your calendar and plan: work in tasks meetings food break mindfulness break family time time for you workout entertainment education time

I've tried to drive to my job at 6... But my car have akumulator to change... So... remote work day 😅 Stay focused and never let yourself down💪💪

Today I finish an job for my client💪 They are so happy from my job that they asked me to participate in their other start-up project😁 But in general I'm super glad that I've add a final touch to thier gigant platform all myself😅 How about your successes this week?

there is nothing better then sleep not interrupted by ringing phone 🔕 highly recommend to wake up naturally I feel much much better then after the alarm 😁 benefits better sleep 😴 better overall feel 😊 more energy ⚡ more positive vibes 🫠 more everything 😅

today is a hard day.... I promised to mysefl outloud here and there that I'll sleep from around 23 till I'll wake up naturally... I can't... I can't force myself... I can explain to myself that it is due to the project blah blah... It's my fault And I need to learn from that

I've decided that I'll try to wake up from now on before 6 A.M. naturaly how: 🕜set an alarm to my evening rutine 🥅goal is to fall a sleep before 11p.m. 😴I've figured out that I wake up naturally after 6.5h why: 🔋I have more energy at the morning 🕜I can finish work faster

train your mind like a muscle: 🏋️find a good weight that you can handle 🔄 repeat 3h x 2-3 sets a day 💆‍♂️give your mind a break in between 🛌recover by good quality sleep 🏄‍♀️1 day of chill a week ❌never stop that will give you the best results
