@FitbitSupport @fitbit @Google Disappointed in the "you're 1 month past the warranty" for a loyal Fitbit customer since 2016. You do realize that your competition is high? Or perhaps you don't care if your product will be non-existent?

@AuntieAnnes ordered a small cinn. sugar pretzel nugget. Told we only do that in one size (the menu has small & med). With a strawberry frost, I asked if the whipped cream will be added. Told it doesn't come with that. Both items I chose from the menu. What's up with that?

@Aetna Dental why is it that every single time I've called about new enrollment. Your company is unable to hear me probably due to the Google voice/weak wifi connections. Who may I contact regarding providing you with my business through my employer? Or is Cigna/Delta better?

@LegalZoom I purchased a last will back in mid October. I've been getting weekly messages about it being on hold. I've called 3x. And the last time was told in 3-5 days I'd get an email I can print. It's been a month. Please refund me my money ASAP. #customerservice #isthisfraud

@Kohls Expired does not = out of stock. So "per my last message" your store never notified me by email or text. And just canceled the order. Also thank you for your EXECELLENT customer service in looking into this. #TerribleCustomerService #DoBetter #AmazonForTheWin

@Kohls Why did you cancel my one item, pick-up order, and never notified me that the order was ready? I've shopped here for the last 4 years, this time is year, and have recommended it to my friends and family due to ease and and access. @amazon it is.

@Kohls There's a reason your stores are empty most times we go in person, it's not the pandemic.

@Kohls Why does it state if I'd still like this item, I'll need to start a new order? And states nothing about being out of stock? And it's been over a week since the order was placed???

@cajuncatch_stl I just got home with cold hush puppies and cold crab legs. So disappointed. It wasn't until i said I've been waiting for 20 mins and that I got the bag immediately. So disappointed and sad, we chose YOU for our anniversary dinner and you disappointed.

@cajuncatch_stl And thought it was due to the pandemic, so we kept giving it "another try" to pay $70 for food promised in 15 minutes and I got there at the 20 minute mark to wait another 20 minutes. I spoke with 3 different people who said they were checking on it. (2)

@cajuncatch_stl Disappointed at the lack of care quality for take out orders. Speaking on behalf of 5 families that order take out at least once a month. We've all talked about how "horrible" the quality has been but we have ALWAYS supported your small business. (1)

@McAlistersDeli what's up with the lack of service and not getting orders right? Ordered a SW chicken, got a jalapeno Turkey (totally different). Ordered pickle spear, didn't get one. Not the first time. #disappointed #notworthit

@tacobell I don't eat beef therefore I always add in Chicken. Today, I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme... got home and it was beef. So #disappointed as we frequent this location MULTIPLE times per week. The listening skills just weren't there today.

@BestBuy Bait & switch in your website? Purchased a phone, stating your location had 3 - only to get an email 24 hours after the pickup time saying “delayed if we don’t have it shipped to our store by Jan 2nd e will cancel the order and notify you” #ridiculous #disappointed
