@Uber @Uber_KSA @Uber_Support I have a question - when a customer is late for a driver, you charge him the late fee. But when the driver is late for the customer with a specific appointment, there is no compensation for the customer. Is this procedure fair?

@IKEAUSA But the negligence of customer service caused this delay. As the delays are frequent which indicates the negligence of your staff - I had to use the damaged part. Please make up for it

@IKEAUSA Although my problem with your company in Saudi Arabia started when I bought few items on 10-15-2021 and it has not been resolved until now, despite my frequent contact with the phone number 8003040098 (Customer Care).
