@easyJet completely let down and left by your own staff who clearly couldn’t care less, with no alternative. And then told it’s fine though? You’re safe you’re in an airport?! Seriously?! Not good enough. And admitting that London needed the plane more than Inverness… WOW

@easyJet went back to departure desk for help to be told they cannot book us on anything as there had been nothing allocated and just left stranded and told to move out of the line. Then told by a member of your staff there’s NO taxis at all or hotels? And he walked off! Explain?

@easyJet and then to be told we would be assisted in the airport with hotels travel and food, to then get told to leave out the exit and call customer services- no alternative. Not good enough.

@easyJet firstly told was delayed then rushed on the plane before it was over the 2hrs late, to then be told 10mins later it’s totally cancelled and we will be BUSSED from Luton to Inverness because they wouldn’t let the plane go to Inverness because needed it more in London?

@easyJet absolute SHAMBLES with the flights from Luton today and non existent customer service. Just abandoned us and handed a sheet at 22.14 to call customer services which states on it, it closed at 10pm! I asked and was told no it’s still open! Actually lied to and then left!
