Please check our manuscript recently published in ACS Omega: pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.10… In it, we characterize the in vitro substrates of DDX1, a human protein involved in various diseases, including cancer, and explore its catalytic regulation.
Please check out our new preprint: Phase-Specific Antibiotic Resistance Mechanisms in an Escherichia coli B Strain (doi.org/10.1101/2025.0…). We show how E. coli reprograms its proteome to adapt rapidly to changing nutrient conditions.
