@virginmedia For example if I try to use on demand services such as BBC IPlayer it's takes a very long time to search/load up then it doesn't work properly and keeps stopping and starting. If I am searching for channels it's slow that kind of thing.
@virginmedia Yes my virgin box runs extremely slow obviously it's not the internet causing it then it has always been slow and nobody at boring seems bothered about it. Anyway I wouldn't bother I'm going to see what deals sky will offer as I'm not paying £115 a month.
@virginmedia I don't know what that means. What I do know is my virgin box is extremely slow I assumed due the internet. The point is I am paying £115 a month for a service I am dissatisfied with. I will be calling at the weekend to cancel as I'm no longer under contract.
